DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Allergies/ Dietary restrictions can be indicated after making your reservation. Certain restrictions require a 48 hour notice to ensure a suitable menu. RUNNING LATE

Due to the busy traffic in the area, we recommend to allow yourselves ample time to arrive for your reservation. Please contact the restaurant for late arrivals. We are only able to hold your table for up to 15 minutes. Late arrivals after that are not guaranteed as it delays the following seating.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that this is a pre-paid reservation. Any modifications or cancellations must be made before 72 hours of the reservation to ensure a full refund. This policy also applies to COVID-related cancellations.

PARKING

We do recommend the use of car service, as the Financial District has limited parking. However, if you do choose to drive, the closest public parking garage is St. Mary’s Square Garage located at 433 Kearny Street (0.3 miles away from the restaurant); Please proceed to California Street for parking square access on weekends.

CHILD POLICY

Please inform the restaurant prior to making the reservation if you are planning to be bring children/infants to confirm.

CORKAGE FEE

You are welcome to bring your own bottle, as long as they are not included in our beverage menu. Corkage fee is $35 per 750 bottle (limit of 2 bottles). Please contact us if you are interested in seeing our beverage menu prior to your visit.

SERVICE CHARGE & GRATUITY

A 20% service charge is included as part of each booking. This charge is applied towards the restaurants and costs to ensure the highest quality of service from our staff, and allows us to compensate our team members more evenly.

Gratuity is not expected and entirely optional.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

E-gift cards can be purchased here. When using gift card(s), please contact the restaurant to make your reservation, as gift cards cannot be redeemed directly through Tock.

DRESS CODE

There is no strict dress code, as we want you to enjoy the experience as long as you comfortable. With that said, some of our diners choose to dress up in business-casual attire for their own occasion.
